Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Governance Consultant to establish and enforce project management standards, methodologies, and best practices across all projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with organizational policies, monitor project progress, and provide guidance to project managers while overseeing the entire project portfolio to align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and enforce project management standards and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with project management policies and procedures.
• Monitor project progress against objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Provide guidance and support to project managers for consistency across projects.
• Oversee project portfolio alignment with organizational strategy.
• Prioritize projects based on resource availability and strategic impact.
• Maintain a centralized view of project performance and risks.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively across projects.
• Identify resource gaps and recommend solutions for optimal utilization.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies.
• Provide training and development programs for project managers.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in project management processes.
• Ensure effective communication channels for all stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and represent their interests.
• Oversee project budgets and ensure financial constraints are met.

Mandatory Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in project management consultancy.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in project management or consultancy.
