Pega QA
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Pega QA Engineer with strong expertise in testing Pega-based applications, particularly Pega Smart Dispute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating dispute management workflows, ensuring system quality, and supporting end-to-end testing efforts. Experience with Selenium automation is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
Perform functional and end-to-end testing of Pega applications, with a focus on Pega Smart Dispute workflows
Validate dispute lifecycle processes including intake, investigation, resolution, and closure
Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to design test cases
Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
Verify business rules, decision tables, and case management processes in Pega
Test integrations between Pega and external systems (APIs, databases, third-party services)
Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as JIRA or ALM
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Support production deployments and perform post-release validation
