Product manager

We are looking for a Product Analyst with proven experience in digital transformation, healthcare systems, and regulated environments. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex customer needs into intuitive product experiences, drive innovation, and deliver measurable outcomes across Life Sciences and Health Care domains.

Key Responsibilities
Help with product vision, roadmap, and delivery for healthcare and life sciences solutions.
Work with cross-functional teams across design, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
Understand complex healthcare ecosystems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (HIPAA, FDA, GDPR).
Work with Product Managers/Owners for digital transformation initiatives, leveraging AI-driven capabilities, data-informed decisions, and user insights.
Manage product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor in regulated environments.
Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications
Eight years of experience in product management, with exposure to healthcare systems, life sciences, or digital health platforms.
Expertise in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and sprint execution.
Strong understanding of clinical workflows, interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR), and compliance requirements.
Proven track record of delivering complex products within aggressive timelines.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with consumer health apps, SaaS platforms, or CMS-led content strategies.
Familiarity with AI-driven healthcare solutions and data analytics.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership.
