Technical Program Manager
We are building a high-impact delivery organization to implement Agentic AI solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering on the Google Cloud ecosystem. The Program Manager will own the end-to-end delivery, governance, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, planning, and operational excellence of multi-team, multi-location AI programs.
This role requires strong program delivery leadership, GCP awareness, ability to work with AI Architects, Engineers, GTM stakeholders, and Google product teams, ensuring the program meets quality, schedule, and business outcomes.
Program Delivery & Governance
Lead the execution of multi-workstream Agentic AI programs across India, US, and Mexico.
Establish and run program governance, including weekly touchpoints, operational reviews, risk reviews, and steering committees.
Define and maintain the program plan, scope, timeline, risks, RAID logs, KPIs, and quality milestones.
Ensure disciplined adherence to delivery processes, engineering best practices, and documentation standards.
Cross-functional Leadership & Coordination
Coordinate work across AI Architects, AI Engineers, Data Engineers, DevOps, QA, PMO teams, and domain SMEs.
Align Sales, Marketing, and Engineering business stakeholders with the technical delivery roadmap.
Manage dependencies, resource allocations, sprint planning, and release schedules.
Drive clarity across complex ambiguous programs through structured communication and decision alignment.
AI Program Planning & Execution
Create detailed plans for:
Discovery
Data readiness
Solution architecture
Multi-agent development
Testing & evaluation (LLM-as-a-judge, regression, golden datasets)
Launch
Continuous improvement
Support design reviews, architecture discussions, and AI solution evaluations.
Drive adoption plans for newly deployed agentic features.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Serve as primary point of contact for Google Cloud stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver program updates for leadership including metrics, status, risks, and achievements.
Facilitate alignment across GTM (Sales/Marketing), Engineering, and Product teams.
