Cloud DevOps Lead
Role Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Owner, Team Lead, Architects, and global teams to develop world-class solutions for customer needs.
Independently manage workload and encourage an inclusive, open culture.
Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines for efficient and seamless deployments.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate cloud resource provisioning and scaling.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one or more supported applications.
Ensure all system designs, workflows, and processes are well-documented and compliant with standards.
Work closely with Developers, QA, Product Owners, Security, and Operations to apply DevOps best practices.
Deliver robust, secure, and reliable solutions with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
Conduct due diligence on third-party technical deliveries.
Continuously build expertise in tools and technologies through:
Hands-on experience
Certifications
Project work
Participate actively in Scrum meetings and provide regular updates to Team Lead or Scrum Master.
Leverage retrospectives and reviews to identify improvements and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Perform well under pressure and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision.
Communicate effectively, maintaining a strong client focus and solid interpersonal relationships.
Keep the Knowledge Base current with technical issue resolutions and shared team learnings.

Role Requirements
Must Have:
8+ years of experience as a Principal DevOps Engineer.
Strong experience in AWS cloud architecture and security best practices.
Hands-on experience with key AWS services, including:
Databases
API Management
ADAM Asset Studio
VPC
Compute
ECR
Lambda
Elasticsearch
Storage
Linux OS proficiency with BASH scripting (Python is a plus).
Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using:
Terraform
CloudFormation
CloudWatch
Ansible
Strong experience with containerization and orchestration tools:
Docker
Kubernetes
Familiarity with DevOps and ITSM tools:
ServiceNow
GitLab
Jira
Confluence
Kafka
Experience working in critical support environments.
Proven track record in process improvement and automation initiatives.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to rapidly changing technical environments.
Ability to assess and manage the broader impact of technical changes or issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Azure Cloud platforms.
Support experience with C++ and Java applications.
AWS DevOps Engineer or equivalent professional certification.
