Cloud DevOps Lead
Role Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Product Owner, Team Lead, Architects, and global team members to deliver world-class solutions aligned with customer needs.
Independently manage workload while promoting a collaborative, inclusive, and open team culture.
Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines to support seamless, secure, and reliable deployments.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate cloud resource provisioning and scalability.
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one or more supported applications, guiding team members and resolving complex issues.
Ensure all system designs, workflows, and processes are properly documented and compliant with organizational and regulatory standards.
Collaborate across functions (Developers, QA, Product Owners, Security, Operations) to apply and improve DevOps best practices.
Maintain a strong focus on security and quality while conducting due diligence for third-party technical solutions.
Continuously expand knowledge of emerging tools and technologies through:
Hands-on experimentation

Actively participate in Scrum meetings, providing regular updates to the Team Lead or Scrum Master.
Use agile retrospectives and reviews to identify improvements, enabling high-quality and on-time delivery.
Remain composed under pressure, capable of resolving complex technical issues with minimal supervision.
Maintain a strong client-focused mindset, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Regularly update and maintain the Knowledge Base with technical resolutions, workarounds, and best practices.

Role Requirements
Must Have:
Minimum 8 years of experience as a Principal DevOps Engineer.
Strong experience designing and maintaining AWS cloud architecture with a focus on security best practices.
Hands-on experience with key AWS services, including:
Database
API Management
ADAM Asset Studio
VPC
Compute
ECR
Lambda
Elasticsearch
Storage
Experience with Linux OS and BASH scripting (Python scripting is a plus).
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using:
Terraform
CloudFormation
CloudWatch
Ansible
Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies:
Docker
Kubernetes
Familiarity with tools like:
ServiceNow
GitLab
Jira
Confluence
Kafka
Proven experience working in critical support environments.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and automation across CI/CD and infrastructure workflows.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills with an ability to explain complex systems clearly.
High attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly to changing technologies and priorities.
Strong understanding of the broader impact of changes and issues across systems and teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Azure Cloud environments.
Support experience with C++ and Java-based applications.
AWS DevOps Engineer or equivalent professional certification.
