The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive knowledge to provide strategic insights and solutions that enhance our clients' banking operations. This role requires a deep understanding of the banking landscape and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze client needs and develop tailored consultancy solutions in Banking Services and Banking Channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement banking solutions that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the banking sector.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, showcasing findings and recommendations.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the implementation process.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance service delivery.

Mandatory Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Banking Services and Banking Channels.
• Proven experience in consultancy roles within the banking sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with digital banking solutions and fintech innovations.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in banking consultancy.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in the banking domain.
