Azure Engineer – AI Projects (Onsite)
Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled Azure Engineer to support AI-focused projects. The candidate will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and services on Microsoft Azure to enable AI/ML workloads, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. This is an onsite role requiring hands-on collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure for AI and ML projects
Support AI/ML model deployment, training pipelines, and integration with applications
Implement and maintain Azure services including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
Ensure security, compliance, and cost optimization of Azure resources
Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and application developers
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud-based AI workloads
Assist in building automated CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML deployments
Provide technical support and documentation for AI project infrastructure
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud services
Experience in supporting AI/ML workloads on Azure
Knowledge of Azure ML, Databricks, Data Factory, AKS, and DevOps pipelines
Experience with scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
Strong understanding of security, scalability, and cloud best practices
Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
Must be available to work onsite
Good to Have
Experience with MLOps or AI model deployment frameworks
Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) for AI workloads
Exposure to data engineering, ETL, or analytics pipelines on Azure
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
3–7 years of experience in Azure cloud engineering, preferably supporting AI/ML projects
