Senior BA - Islamic Banking

The ideal candidate for this Senior Business Analyst role will possess 7 to 10+ years of experience in the banking sector, specifically within the Islamic Banking domain. You will lead end-to-end business analysis for core banking transformation initiatives, requiring deep functional expertise in Sharia-compliant products such as Murabaha, Ijarah, Mudarabah, and Tawarruq. Your primary focus will involve bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams by eliciting requirements, conducting impact assessments, and documenting As-Is and To-Be processes. While strong hands-on experience with Flexcube is mandatory, candidates with exposure to Finacle or large-scale core banking migrations will be highly valued. This position demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a degree in Finance or IT who can navigate complex regulated environments and drive successful project outcomes through the full lifecycle, from initial requirement definition to UAT support.
