Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced AWS Architect with a strong background in the banking domain to design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure cloud solutions on AWS. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in creating solution proposals and blueprints, performing architecture assessments, and conducting technical audits while understanding business priorities and stakeholder perspectives.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AWS cloud solutions that are scalable, reliable, and secure.
- Manage the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AWS environments.
- Ensure cloud security and compliance with industry standards.
- Optimize costs and performance of AWS services.
- Lead architectural decisions and strategies for migration and hosting applications on AWS.
- Implement security best practices, including data encryption and adherence to security protocols.
- Define and analyze solution components, evaluating pros and cons using architecture parameters.
- Register and govern functional and technical debts, discussing implementation trade-offs, risks, and recommendations.
- Prepare solution designs and impact assessments covering business process flows, system dependencies, technology and infrastructure components, system interfaces, and data models.
- Utilize AWS CDK and CDK pipelines for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Implement CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Mandatory Skills:
- Expertise in AWS Infrastructure Security.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services and architecture.
- Experience with AWS CloudTrail, CloudWatch, and GuardDuty.
- Proficiency in CI/CD and DevOps implementation.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the banking or financial services domain.
- Familiarity with data encryption and security protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful cloud architecture projects.
