Hiring: Retail Risk Product Owner (CCAR / Loss Forecasting)

We are looking for an experienced Retail Risk Product Owner to lead the development of a Loss Forecast Platform supporting CCAR and internal risk processes. This role bridges business, risk, and technology teams to deliver a scalable and compliant solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business and regulatory needs
• Translate requirements into user stories and manage product backlog
• Act as liaison between Risk, Finance, and Technology teams
• Drive Agile delivery across full product lifecycle
• Support UAT and ensure quality and compliance
• Collaborate with model teams to integrate loss forecasting models
• Monitor platform performance and drive continuous improvements

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Retail Credit Risk & CCAR
• Knowledge of loss forecasting models and regulatory reporting
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum product management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize based on business value and regulatory urgency
