Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory
8–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking / Financial Services
Strong hands-on experience with Temenos Payments Hub (TPH)
In-depth knowledge of payment processing and lifecycle
Strong understanding of:
SWIFT MT / ISO 20022 (MX)
Payment schemes and clearing systems
Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and functional mapping
Hands-on experience with UAT coordination and execution
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Good to Have
Experience with Temenos Transact payments integration
Exposure to real-time / instant payment systems
Knowledge of AML, sanctions screening, and compliance controls
Experience in payments modernization or migration programs
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery models
