ServiceNow Discovery Specialist

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Discovery Specialist with deep knowledge of Discovery architecture, troubleshooting, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with VMware, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and a strong understanding of MID Server operations, protocols (SSH, WMI), and Discovery patterns.

Required Skills & Experience:
ServiceNow Discovery & ITOM (mandatory).
Strong understanding of Discovery architecture, probes, sensors, patterns.
Hands-on experience with VMware vCenter, AWS EC2, Azure resources, and Kubernetes clusters.
Knowledge of SSH, WMI, and credential management.
Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB best practices.
Scripting knowledge (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python) for pattern customization.
Experience with MID Server deployment and troubleshooting.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery
Understanding of ITOM Health, CMDB data and structure, Service Mapping and Event Management.
