Service Now Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow applications and modules. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support ongoing maintenance and optimization of the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Configure and manage ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow interfaces, including REST/SOAP web services and integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow platform performance, functionality, and security.
• Assist in the creation of documentation for processes, policies, and user guides for ServiceNow implementations.
• Provide training and support to end-users and help develop a self-service model through ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with other teams (Security, Networking, Operations) to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and platforms.
• Perform upgrades and patches on the ServiceNow platform to ensure system reliability, performance, and security.
• Stay up to date with new ServiceNow features and best practices
