Senior Executive
Campus Recruitment Strategy
- Develop and implement effective campus recruiting strategies to attract top talent from Universities and Market
- Work with target key Universities/Institutes on strategic programs
- Create annual campus recruitment plans and budgets
- Track metrics and analyze recruitment data to optimize strategies
Campus Relations & Events
- Build and maintain relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations
- Represent the company at career fairs, information sessions, workshops, and networking events
- Coordinate and host company-sponsored campus events and competitions
- Manage campus ambassador programs and student engagement initiatives
Candidate Selection & Programs
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for internships, entry-level positions, and Junior Laterals
- Develop and manage internship and new graduate programs within the Organization
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and match candidates
- Create engaging onboarding experiences for campus hires
Key Requirements
3+ Years of Experience in similar work
Work from Office 4-5 Days a week
Minimum Degree Qualification in any field (HR/ BA preferred)
