Senior Director LS Delivery

Role Description

The Segment Delivery Head will be responsible for the overall delivery management of designated portfolio in Lifesciences domain and report to Global BU Delivery Head.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Overall 18+ years of IT work experience including 10+ years of experience in handling Life sciences industry fortune 500 customers.

Track record of proven delivery leadership in a technically complex and dynamic environment. Provide leadership to the Delivery managers / Program Managers / Project Managers in running the delivery and operations.

Should have experience in managing 1000+ member teams and P & L to the tune of 80 to 100 mn $.

Experience in every aspect of running a business segment including customer relationship, engineering management, managing budgets, resource management, leadership identification and grooming. 

Solid understanding of the technology landscape and hands-on experience with digital technology initiatives

Ability to mitigate risks and solve problems by using out-of-the-box thinking and innovative problem-solving abilities.

Extensive stake holder and relationship management with clients at CXO level.
