Microsoft Web Development Lead with at least 6 years of experience in designing and developing enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies and more than 2 years of experience leading teams of 10 or more members

Hands on experience with .NET Core C# SQL Server ADO.NET and Azure SQL PaaS

Hands on experience in Angular application development

Strong capability in understanding business requirements and preparing detailed technical design documents

Experience leading and mentoring teams of 10 or more members while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards

Hands on experience in effort estimation and project planning

Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to drive technical decisions

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross functional teams

Azure Architect or Azure Developer certification is an added advantage
