This role requires an experienced leader with a proven capability in leading multiple teams and contributing to overall organizational goal attainment. The candidate should ideally have experience in handling BFSI clients (preferably in Commercial / Investment banking) and be familiar with Industry's best practices in terms of Technology, Process and Governance. He/ She should be experienced in managing a large delivery portfolio and in driving portfolio performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating to continually improve the delivery excellence, account size and profitability.

The Job responsibilities are as follows:
1. Project Management Oversight:
Overseeing project managers and teams, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards.
2. Client Communication and Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, serving as a liaison between the client and the delivery team, ensuring that client expectations are met and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the projects/ programs.
3. Resource Allocation:
Effectively allocating resources with a deep understanding of team members skills and expertise to match them with the right projects. Involves balancing workload, skill sets, and project requirements.
4. Risk Management:
Identifying and mitigating risks with a keen eye for potential risks that could impact project timelines or deliverables and Implementing risk management strategies and contingency plans to navigate uncertainties effectively.
The skills and experience required are as follows:
1. Experienced Banking Delivery Leader in BFSI segment
15+ years of Delivery management experience preferably in BFSI domain (Commercial / Investment banking)
Experience in handling portfolios of 20+ Mn USD annual revenue, 50+ applications, 30+ teams & a team size of 200+ people.
2. Leadership Skills:
The ability to inspire and lead, instil confidence, foster collaboration, and provide clear direction to achieve project goals.
3. Strategic Thinking:
Strategic mindset to align project delivery with the overall goals of the organization and anticipating future challenges, identifying opportunities, and planning for long-term success.
4. Effective Communication:
Clear and concise communication, addressing team concerns, and ensuring that everyone involved in a project is on the same page. serves as a bridge between clients, team members, and leadership.
5. Problem-Solving Skills:
Identify and solve complex problems, be adept at analyzing situations, making informed decisions, and implementing effective solutions to overcome challenges.
6. Adaptability:
Open to change, embraces innovation, and can pivot strategies when necessary.
7. Negotiation Skills:
Negotiation skills for managing client expectations, resolving conflicts, securing resources and finding mutually beneficial solutions in various situations.
