Saviynt IAM Lead

Platform Migration Lead the end-to-end migration of existing IAM processes and integrations from Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) to Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).
Application Integration Configure, develop, and maintain Saviynt connectors (REST, SOAP, JDBC, etc.) to integrate various on-premise and cloud applications.
Identity Lifecycle Management Design and implement automated workflows for user onboarding (provisioning), offboarding (de-provisioning), and cross-boarding (transfers).
Governance & Compliance Set up access request workflows, birthright provisioning rules, and automated access certification campaigns.
QA & Documentation Conduct rigorous unit and integration testing; maintain comprehensive technical documentation for architectural designs and migration procedures.
Production Support Provide migration support and troubleshooting during the cutover phases to ensure zero disruption to business operations.

Technical Requirements

Saviynt Mastery Extensive hands-on experience in Saviynt implementation, configuration, and administration.
Migration Experience Proven track record of migrating complex IAM environments (preferably from OIM/Oracle stack) to Saviynt.
Connector Proficiency Deep understanding of Saviynt’s connectivity framework and the ability to troubleshoot integration issues.
Core IAM Concepts Solid grasp of RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), ABAC (Attribute-Based Access Control), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
