Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with extensive consulting experience to lead Business initiatives and provide strategic guidance to our MedTech clients. 
 Should have extensive experience in working with Medtech companies for their IT Solutions
Responsibilities
1. Lead Consulting design and implementation for complex projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
2. Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert consulting on Consulting best practices.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
4. Mentor junior Consultants and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Mandatory Skills
1. Proven experience in consulting, with a strong ability to engage with clients and understand their needs.
2. Expertise in Consulting frameworks and methodologies.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Basic Data Analysis and SQL or should be able to use AI to the same
