Salesforce Developer

Developing solutions to the required quality, design, coding, performance and security standards in a fast-paced agile environment
Providing production support through investigations of incidents triage and fix
Testing solutions thoroughly prioritizing the use of automated testing standards and techniques
Using a mixture of low code and click driven solutions alongside more customised coded and developed options when required
Creating and supporting custom lightning web components triggers alongside scheduled batch jobs
Ensuring quality and continuous improvement through design reviews code reviews retrospectives
Taking collective ownership for the platform as a whole responding to its needs for stability and availability
Providing accurate and timely estimates for proposed solution development
Working closely with colleagues to share knowledge and ensure the continuous growth of our development community

Prior experience in a similar Salesforce Engineering role and relevant qualifications such as Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator
Experience working across the Salesforce Ecosystem including Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
Strong understanding of Clean Code practices Object Orientation SOLID Principles Design Patterns Governor Limits and Salesforce Best Practices
Growth-oriented and adaptable with an ability to meet the changing needs of the platform and our customers
Passionate about software development demonstrating your passion through blogging contribution to open-source projects attending tech events pet projects at home
Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders and adapt your style to meet the needs of your audience
Curiosity with a desire to innovate to find optimal technical solutions
