Technical Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Strong expertise in JavaScript, AngularJS / Angular, HTML, and frontend application development.
Proven experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with asynchronous programming patterns.
Hands-on experience with Google AppScript for enterprise workflow automation and integrations.

Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and modern software engineering practices.
Exposure to AI/ML integration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex is highly preferred.

Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive tasks and solutions.
Excellent analytical and debugging capabilities with a structured problem-solving approach.
Ability to work with ambiguous requirements and convert business pain points into actionable technical solutions.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills in client-facing environments.
Comfortable explaining technical decisions, trade-offs, and implementation approaches to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Prior experience working on AI-enabled enterprise platforms or automation solutions.
Experience working in Google ecosystem environments is a strong advantage.
Exposure to scalable enterprise application architecture and modernization initiatives.
