Role Overview

Lead delivery of a Databricks-based data transformation program replacing legacy SQL Server cleansing processes. The role focuses on execution governance, cross-team coordination, and ensuring timely migration to the new Lakehouse platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle delivery of Databricks data pipeline implementation
• Develop project plan covering ingestion (API/FTP), cleansing, enrichment, and migration
• Coordinate between Architect, Engineers, QA, and Business stakeholders
• Track milestones for:
  • Legacy SQL Server logic analysis
  • Databricks pipeline development
  • Data validation & reconciliation
  • Cutover & decommissioning
• Manage risks related to migration and data accuracy
• Lead Agile ceremonies and executive reporting
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations

Required Skills

• 8+ years managing data/analytics projects
• Experience in cloud data modernization
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT lifecycle
• Familiarity with Databricks-based implementations
• Healthcare domain experience preferred
• Strong stakeholder & risk management skills
