Program Delivery Lead
Functional Responsibilities:
Establish and enforce robust governance, reporting, and delivery assurance mechanisms, including
regular SteerCo and executive updates
Drive accountability across internal teams and external partners, ensuring clarity of roles,
deliverables, and performance expectations
Lead financial management of the programme, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and
ensuring adherence to approved spend envelopes
Identify and manage financial risks, optimisation opportunities, and trade-offs to maximise value
delivery within budget constraints
Oversee vendor commercial performance, including tracking against contractual commitments,
deliverables, and commercial terms
Ensure disciplined change control, assessing scope, cost, and timeline impacts before approval and
integration into the programme plan
Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency, implementing best practices in agile execution,
resource utilisation, and productivity
Act as the central point of coordination between business, technology, and delivery teams to ensure
seamless execution and outcome realisation
10–15 years of experience in programme delivery, transformation, or large-scale digital/technology
initiatives, ideally within banking or financial services
Proven track record of leading complex, multi-year programmes with multiple squads, vendors, and
cross-functional stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end delivery ownership across scope, timeline, budget, and quality
in large transformation environments
Strong experience in programme financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control,
and executive-level financial reporting
Deep expertise in programme governance, delivery assurance, and structured reporting (e.g. SteerCo,
executive forums, RAID management)
Experience managing external vendors and delivery partners, including commercial performance,
contracts, and delivery accountability
Strong background in agile delivery at scale, coordinating across multiple squads and driving consistent
execution discipline
Experience working closely with senior executives, supporting decision-making through clear, structured
insights on delivery and financial performance
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant programme/project management certification (e.g., PMP,
PRINCE2) preferred
