Job Purpose: As a Service Product Owner, your role is to oversee the development and implementation of branch services, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with the bank’s strategic objectives. You will act as a bridge between the branch network and the technology department, playing a key role in enhancing the customer experience and driving operational efficiency within the bank.
