Power Platform Developer

Job Summary:

• We are looking for an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer with 12+ years of IT experience, including 6+ years of hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform. 

• The ideal candidate should have strong experience developing enterprise applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Dataverse, along with expertise in data integration, BI reporting, and cloud technologies.  
   

Must Have Key Skills: 

• Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) Power Automate Power BI Microsoft Dataverse / Common Data Service (CDS) Power Virtual Agents Power Fx, DAX, Power Query SQL Server & Snowflake SharePoint Online & Microsoft Teams REST APIs & Custom Connectors Azure Services SAP Integration JavaScript, HTML, CSS QlikSense / QlikView (Preferred) Azure DevOps / CI-CD  

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps). Build and optimize workflows using Power Automate. 

• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query. 

• Design and manage Microsoft Dataverse (CDS) data models and ensure data integrity. 

• Develop integrations with SharePoint, Teams, SAP, Snowflake, Azure services, SQL Server, and third-party applications using APIs and custom connectors. 

• Develop conversational solutions using Power Virtual Agents. 

• Optimize data pipelines and reporting solutions using Snowflake and Power Platform. 

• Follow Power Platform governance, security, and ALM best practices. 

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. 

• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, mentor junior developers, and provide end-user support.  

Required Qualifications: 

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with 6+ years in Microsoft Power Platform. 

• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Experience with Snowflake, SQL, SharePoint, SAP integration, Azure Services, REST APIs, and Custom Connectors. 

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, DAX, and Power Query. Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, security, and data modeling. 

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

• Preferred Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (PL-400, PL-600, PL-200, PL-100). 

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. 

• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
