| PMO Manager to lead the governance, portfolio oversight, and delivery standards across our change initiatives. This role will own PMO policies, stage-gates, benefits realization, portfolio prioritization, and executive reporting—ensuring projects and programs are aligned to business strategy, delivered on time and budget, and measured with transparent KPIs. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field. 10+ years in PMO/Program/Portfolio management; 1+ year in leadership/supervisory roles. Strong command of PMO governance, portfolio management, financial analysis, and executive reporting. Proficiency in MS Project, Power BI/Excel, Azure DevOps/Jira, ServiceNow/PPM, Smartsheet, SharePoint/Confluence. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills. |
