Pega CLM
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Pega applications, including Pega Email Bot, Pega CLM, and Customer Service.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain Pega PRPC applications, including case management, decision management, and integration with other systems.
Independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pega applications.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure quality.
Adhere to best practices and coding standards.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Pega development, working on various projects and modules.
Must be a certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
Strong understanding of Pega's core concepts, including case management, decision management, and integration
Proven expertise in developing and implementing solutions with
Pega Email Bot for intelligent email processing and automation.
Pega CLM (Client Lifecycle Management) to manage customer onboarding and KYC processes.
Pega Customer Service for seamless, end-to-end customer interaction management.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
