Job Title: MarTech Solution Architect
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced MarTech Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology solutions that enable seamless customer engagement and data-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is both a strategic technology leader and a hands-on architect, capable of translating business objectives into scalable, integrated MarTech ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and Design: Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance MarTech solutions integrating CRM, CDP, Marketing Automation, Analytics, CMS, and Data Platforms.
- Solution Leadership: Partner with marketing, sales, and IT stakeholders to define end-to-end marketing technology architecture aligned with business strategy.
- Implementation Oversight: Lead the deployment and configuration of marketing technology tools (Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Marketing Platform, etc.).
- Integration & Data Management: Design APIs and data pipelines connecting multiple platforms (CRM, DWH, analytics, campaign tools) ensuring unified customer data flow.
- Innovation & Optimization: Evaluate emerging technologies, recommend tools, and drive continuous improvement across the MarTech stack.
- Governance & Best Practices: Establish architectural standards, documentation, and quality frameworks for solution delivery.
- Leadership: Mentor cross-functional teams of developers, analysts, and marketing technologists; promote a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Required Skills & Experience
- 14+ years of experience in marketing technology architecture, with at least 5+ years in a solution architecture or technical leadership role.
- Proven expertise with one or more enterprise MarTech platforms such as:
- Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Target, Campaign, Analytics)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Interaction Studio
- Google Marketing Platform
- Oracle Eloqua / Responsys
- CDPs like Segment, Tealium, or Adobe RT-CDP
- Strong knowledge of API design, microservices, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data integration patterns.
- Experience working with marketing analytics, personalization, consent management, and data privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong background in solution delivery leadership, including agile methodologies and vendor coordination.
