• Collaborate closely with Delivery and Engagement Partners to drive seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Lead responses to RFPs with a strong understanding of proposal structuring and competitive positioning.
Monitor delivery milestones, risks, and dependencies with a focus on quality and timelines.
• Manage financial levers including margin improvement, cost optimization, and budget adherence.
• Drive strategic planning for continuous improvement, innovation, and business growth.
• Effectively manage “code red” critical situations with agility, calm, and problem-solving focus
