Job Title: Senior Consultant - Manual Testing

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with a strong background in Manual Testing to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in manual testing methodologies and will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough manual testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide feedback on testability.
• Document and report defects, track their status, and verify fixes.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on testability and quality aspects.
• Mentor junior team members in testing best practices and methodologies.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in Manual Testing with a strong understanding of testing methodologies.
• Ability to create detailed test plans and test cases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of automation testing tools is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in Manual Testing.
• Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
