Health Informatics professional
We are seeking an experienced Health Informatics professional with a strong background in digital health, data analytics, and process optimization to lead transformative, data-driven projects in healthcare and life sciences. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in human-centered design, implementation science, and health IT systems to improve workflows, enhance patient outcomes, and drive technology-enabled innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic initiatives focused on digital health adoption, workflow optimization, and healthcare technology implementation.
Conduct mixed-methods research and user experience evaluations for health IT systems, EHRs, AI-driven tools, and digital health solutions.
Translate complex datasets into evidence-based insights to inform product design, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
Apply implementation science, change management, and Agile/Lean methodologies to streamline processes and improve data integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, researchers, and technology partners, to deliver impactful solutions.
Develop and present high-quality reports, models, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
Stay abreast of emerging trends in digital health, clinical innovation, and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Health Informatics or related field.
6+ years of experience in healthcare informatics, life sciences consulting, or related domains.
Proven expertise in digital health tools, clinical workflows, and health IT systems.
Strong skills in data analytics, mixed-methods research, and evidence-based decision-making.
Experience with Agile/Lean methodologies, process optimization, and change management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Experience:
Background in pharmaceuticals, life sciences consulting, or academic research.
Familiarity with COAs/ePROs, EHR systems, and AI-driven healthcare tools.
Publication record and experience presenting at conferences is a plus.
