Senior Lead GENAI Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead GENAI Engineer with a strong background in Generative AI and agentic AI technologies. The ideal candidate will lead AI/ML engineering projects, driving innovation and excellence in the development of AI solutions that enhance user experiences and operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of generative AI models and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and enhancement.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for AI/ML development.
• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and trends to inform project direction.
• Ensure the quality and performance of AI models through rigorous testing and validation.
• Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders effectively.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Generative AI and agentic AI frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
• Knowledge of ethical AI practices and bias mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on generative AI.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in AI/ML domains.
