Requirements Gathering and Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to ga Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure they are kept informed of project progress risks and issues Conduct regular updates presentations and reports to key business stakeholders ensuring transparency and claritData Analysis and Reporting Perform data analysis to identify trends root causes and areas for process improvement Design and develop reports dashboards and data visualizations to support decision making Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve business performanceProject Management Support Collaborate with project managers to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met Track and report on project progress escalating issues and risks as necessary Contribute to the creation of project plans timelines and resource allocationsTesting and Quality Assurance Develop test plans test cases and scripts to ensure solutions meet defined business requExperience Ten plus years of experience as a Business Analyst working across multiple industries and domais Proven experience in gathering and translating complex business requirements into functional solutions Experience working closely with IT product development and other technical teams to implement solutionsSkills Strong analytical and problem solving skills with keen attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information to non technical audiences Proficiency in business process modeling data analysis and requirements documentation Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies Hands on experience with tools such as JIRA Confluence Microsoft Visio or similar platformsEducation Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional or PMI Professional in Business Analysis are a plusPreferred Qualifications
Experience with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams Familiarity with SQL data modeling and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI Strong experience in process re engineering and improvement initiatives Experience in specific industries will be an added advantageCore Competencies
