GEN AI

Hands-on development of Gen AI applications and ML models (classification, regression, clustering, NLP) to drive actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business needs. Work hands-on in an agile development environment, contributing to production-ready AI applications. Stay up-to-date with AI advancements and integrate relevant innovations into ongoing projects. Continuously monitor and optimize AI models to improve accuracy and efficiency (scalable, reliable, and well-maintained). Document processes, models, and key learnings and contribute to building internal AI capabilities. Ensure AI models adhere to ethical standards, privacy regulations, and fairness guidelines.

Qualifications Required: Bachelor's in operations research, mathematics, computer science, or related quantitative field. Advanced expertise in Python and familiarity with database systems (e.g. SQL, NoSQL, Graph). Proficiency in Gen AI tools AWS Bedrock. Full understanding of Agentic systems and workflows. Experience productionizing GenAI services and working with complex datasets. Advanced experience developing APIs with Python (e.g. using FastAPI) and deploying them to production. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of software development, algorithms, optimization, and scaling. Excellent communication and business analysis skills.

Nice to have: Cloud engineering experience (AWS cloud services), Snowflake, Software development experience (e.g. React JS).

Recruitment Process: Candidates must have proven individual contributor skills and strong programming abilities, which will be tested in a live coding prescreen. The interview process includes: 1. 30-minute prescreen (live coding, team collaboration). 2. 30-minute ML deep dive.
