Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adobe Campaign Developer to join our dynamic customer experience team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of complex marketing campaigns and workflows within Adobe Campaign Classic (version 8). This role requires a deep understanding of the Adobe Campaign platform, data models, integrations with third-party and Adobe systems, and strong technical proficiency in workflow development and API interactions. Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) is a significant plus.
At least 5+ years of Exp
Design, develop, and implement complex marketing workflows in Adobe Campaign Classic (v8) to automate marketing processes and customer journeys.
Configure and manage campaign execution, including audience segmentation, personalization, and delivery across various channels (email, SMS, direct mail, etc.).
Develop and maintain integrations between Adobe Campaign and other systems, including CRM, AEP, analytics platforms, data warehouses, and third-party marketing technologies using APIs and other integration methods.
Understand and work with Adobe Campaign schemas and the underlying data model to ensure data integrity and effective targeting.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign execution, data integration, and platform performance.
Collaborate with marketing teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Adobe Campaign.
Develop and maintain technical documentation related to campaign workflows, integrations, and configurations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices within Adobe Campaign.
Participate in the planning and execution of platform upgrades and enhancements.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
