"We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Support Engineer to support financial systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of finance-related applications. The role bridges finance and technology, helping resolve system issues, maintain data integrity, and support business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for financial systems (ERP, billing, payment platforms).
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial transactions, reporting, and integrations.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of financial applications.
Work closely with finance teams to understand requirements and provide solutions.
Analyze financial data issues and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Support month-end and year-end financial processes.
Manage user access, roles, and permissions in financial systems.
Document issues, solutions, and system processes.
Collaborate with developers and IT teams to fix bugs and implement enhancements.
Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong understanding of financial processes (AP, AR, GL, reconciliation).
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
Basic SQL and database knowledge.
Experience in troubleshooting technical issues.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience with scripting (Python, Shell, or similar).
Familiarity with APIs and system integrations.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
ITIL or support-related certifications.
Experience in fintech or banking domain.
