Security Management Engineer

Patch analysis and release for both Wintel (~40% of the estate) and Linux-based patching (majority of the estate).
Experience in Wintel (Windows Server) patching and maintenance to ensure system stability and security.
Hands-on expertise in Linux patching across RHEL, CentOS, and Ubuntu environments.
Proficient in using AWS Inspector for vulnerability assessment and security insights.
Skilled in AWS Systems Manager (SSM), including Patch Manager and diagnostics capabilities.
Possesses basic knowledge of cloud operations across AWS and Azure platforms
Ability to perform patch analysis, impact assessment, and remediation planning effectively
Strong experience in release management and structured patch scheduling.
Good understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident Management for issue resolution.
Familiar with Change Management practices, including CAB approvals and risk handling.
Ensures compliance with audit requirements and maintains governance standards.
