Data Testing Engineer

Job description:

• Perform Functional testing/ automation testing, Data Validations, Independent Validation and Verifications (IVV) and Regression testings Data comparisons between PROD and UAT data and identify break samples
• Work with client stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
• Must have Strong SQL skills and data analysis skills
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery etc.
• Working experience in banking domain
• Expertise in Unix or Linux
• Good knowledge in Sql (Oracle Database, SQL server DB, Terradata etc)
• Hands-on with Big Data Technologies, Hadoop, Hive, HQL, Pyspark, Spark, Kafka, Impala and related tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
