Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with a strong background in TOSCA test automation. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, with specific expertise in Salesforce applications and TOSCA for test automation. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions, while leveraging TOSCA to automate test processes, improving efficiency, and reducing defects.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:Salesforce Testing: Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on Salesforce applications to ensure high-quality releases.TOSCA Test Automation: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using TOSCA Test Suite. Develop and maintain reusable test components.Test Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand the functional requirements and create a comprehensive test strategy for Salesforce projects.Defect Management: Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools. Work closely with developers to ensure timely defect resolution.Salesforce Configuration Testing: Validate configurations and customizations within Salesforce, including Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.End-to-End Testing: Execute end-to-end testing cycles across various Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) to ensure seamless integration and user experience.Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements to the testing process, tools, and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.Reporting & Documentation: Generate and maintain test reports, defect logs, and test results documentation to keep stakeholders informed about quality progress.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure alignment and proper test coverage.
