Data Migration

Experience
 Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Core banking transformation & Integration with at least
5 years in system implementation.
 Demonstrated experience in implementing core banking systems particularly Oracle
Flexcube.
 Experience in requirements management, Gap analysis and solutioning.

Technical Skills
 Preferred to have experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE configurations of products and processes.
 Proven track record of successful system integrations and data migrations

Behavioural Skills
 Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
 Experience in managing core banking transformation projects
