Role: IBM BPM Sterling
Education
● Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
● Certification in IBM Sterling is highly desired
Experience
● Minimum 5 years experience in implementing end to end integration solutions using products in
IBM Sterling B2B integrator suite
● Minimum 5 years experience Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling File Gateway is mandatory
● Atleast 2 years experience in Sterling Secure Proxy or Sterling Connect:Direct
● Map development experience in IBM Websphere Transformation Extender is highly desired
Technical Skills
● Should be fluent in designing and developing business processes and maps
● Should be well versed in trading partner onboarding process using various communication
protocols supported by Sterling
● Should have hands on experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning and code
optimization
● Candidates having experience in Sterling installation/upgrade will have an advantage
Functional Skills
● Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and
practices
● Experience in Banking/Financial domain is highly desired
● Experience in Agile methodology
● Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the
organization
● Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies
