Support, manage, and maintain the Centercode platform and its integrations, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. Provide guidance to product teams, manage stakeholder and customer relationships, and support end-users with account/login/access issues. Stay updated on changes in Centercode and Autodesk SSO/OAuth/Identity/Profile, and track success metrics such as system uptime and overall platform usage. Update non-disclosure agreements and ensure compliance with GDPR, Privacy, Security, and Integration audits. Document best practices and training materials for the Centercode platform.
