We are looking for an experienced Capital Markets professional to take on a hybrid Business Analyst / Product Owner role, driving digital and functional transformation across the trade lifecycle (front-to-back). The individual will partner with business and technology teams to shape solutions, own requirements, prioritise delivery, and ensure measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse end-to-end trade lifecycle processes (trading, clearing, settlement, post-trade) and identify opportunities for optimisation and digitalisation
Gather, document, and validate requirements with stakeholders; translate them into epics, features, and user stories
Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and backlog in alignment with business objectives
Prioritise initiatives that enable automation, workflow optimisation, and data-driven insights
Act as a subject matter expert, guiding delivery teams and supporting functional testing and validation
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure adoption and value realisation from delivered solutions
