Business Analyst- Security Risk

    Knowledge of IT/cyber security controls, control testing methods, evidence validation, and compliance tracking.
    Exposure frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls.
    Experience supporting cyber uplift programs, maturity assessments, and remediation tracking.
    Ability to create security dashboards, summaries, metrics, and progress reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, JIRA, and Confluence.
    Hands-on experience with Microsoft’s security suite, including Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID, and Purview.
    Ability to act as the security liaison between cyber teams, IT, and business units.
    Demonstrated ability to oversee and drive remediation of findings from vulnerability assessments, pen tests, audits, and regulatory inspections, ensuring accountability, prioritization, and alignment with risk appetite.
    End-to-end project implementation and cross-functional stakeholder management experience including agile project delivery.
    Seasoned business analyst with experience in requirements analysis, requirements management and documentation, exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence etc, hands on with SQL queries.
    Bachelor’s degree from a reputable Institute. (Business, Computer Science, etc.)   
    Comfortable with ideation, solution design and development of thought leadership materials and documents to support practice development efforts.
    Exposure to Consultative sales/business development, pre-sales, RFP and proposal development and client management experience is a plus.
