Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical direction and ensuring delivery excellence
Design and implement scalable analytics and data solutions using Python and Snowflake
Develop and manage workloads using Snowpark and Snowpark Container Services for advanced data processing and application deployment
Apply advanced SQL techniques for complex analytics, performance tuning, and optimization
Build interactive dashboards, charts, and data visualizations using Streamlit and underlying data platforms
Own end‑to‑end delivery of analytics applications, from design through deployment and production support
Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights
Establish best practices for data engineering, visualization standards, security, and performance
Ensure data quality, reliability, and governance across analytics solutions

Qualifications

8–10+ years of total experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or related role

Strong hands‑on expertise in Python
Extensive experience with Snowflake, including Snowpark and Snowpark Container Services
Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex analytical queries and performance optimization
Proven experience building data‑driven dashboards and charts for business consumption
Hands‑on experience with Streamlit application development
Experience leading or mentoring technical teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
