BA- Payments Processing

Responsibilities:

• Interface with multiple stakeholder groups to document & prioritize the requirements
• Create detailed & high-quality requirement artefacts for the changes
• Interface with internal development and testing teams to effective communicate, liaise & collaborate towards the project deliveries
• Ability to create data flow diagrams

Required:

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
• In-depth understanding of banking products & processes including Deposits, Core Banking, Payments, Lending
• Thorough Knowledge on Payment and Banking Domain. Good Experience on Payment Lifecycle, knowledge of various payment markets and payment types CHIPS, CHAPS, FedWire, RTGS, GIRO, NACHA, ACH etc.
• Knowledge of Payment FMI like SEPA, SWIFT, ISO 
• Strong analysis skills
• Well versed with BA requirement gathering techniques
• Proven interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to identify the project risks and managing them effectively
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
