Responsibilities:7+ years working as Business Analyst or Product Owner or a combination of both. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, focusing on big data and ETL projects.Should work closely with business users and product owner in understanding BRD and converting into technical document and then explain it to Development team for the implementation. Write detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for data-centric projects.Define and refine product backlogs to align with data integration and analytics objectives.Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.Should have very good communication skills Prior experience on Recovery and Resolution Planning in Banking domain is Mandatory. Required Skills:Should have very strong experience in Banking/Finance domain.Handson experience in big data and ETL-related project environments.Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data.Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Solid Understanding of Agile/ Scrum methodologies
