Proven experience as a Business Analyst in capital markets.
Experience having worked in front and middle office operations.
Strong understanding of Front to Back Trade Lifecycle in Capital Markets
Must have worked in equities and few other asset classes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibility:
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for front and middle office systems.
Process Analysis: Analyze and map current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Solution Design: Work with technology teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and performance of implemented solutions.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends or issues within front and middle office operations.
