A profile with solid four years of experience to take full ownership of and provide support for the rollout and tracking of supplier sustainability surveys, which includes coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely distribution, monitoring response rates, and analyzing the collected data. Ensure that feedback is effectively communicated to suppliers and internal teams, and follow up on any action items or improvements identified through the survey results. · Carry out gap analysis and identify areas for improvement. Provide environmental data for management reports in a timely manner while ensuring required quality. Provide support to the team with completion of emissions audits on time and to the required quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A team-player who can work with cross-cultural teams across US, Europe & APAC regions.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing requirements.
- Ability to be proactive and identify roadblocks well in advance and escalate issues when necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge and experience with AI tools is a plus.
- Experience in project management and ESG-related work will be an added advantage.
